It has been an important last couple of years in Alain Simon’s life. Changes were bold. His dream store opened in the Ritz Carlton Montreal, an ideal location to showcase his iconic work. Wedding florist Alain says, “Building dreams is hard work, and evolving requires change. I did have to give up my Fairview shop which had become an institution after 29 years. But now I could fully concentrate on developing my amazing new location and focus on beautiful florals.”
