I was so happy with my order from The Polka Dot Paper Shop!
My wedding was coming up really soon (we had a short engagement). She was quick to get back to me right away and didn’t scoff at my timeline like other vendors did. Her prices were reasonable considering the incredible quality materials and workmanship. She reassured me that she could get the order done in time and perfectly – and she did! I got engaged & was married in less than a year. Obviously you never start planning the exact day you get engaged. Left with not a ton of time ahead I went to a few invitation places and once I found Jenna & Aaron… I knew they were the ones. Their price, their amazing personalities, their professionalism & their products that were out & available to see/look at (which made it great for visual people like myself). I was looking for everything I found at their shop (even the beautiful sparkle touch). I felt like I could tell them the basics and leave it in their hands. Other places (not to bash) I felt like I sat down with them and they saw me as a dollar sign. Other places also made me feel like i should know my budget when i naturally had no clue because this was my first time doing this. That frustrated me. When I sat down with Jenna she really made me feel differently. She did ask my budget (as I’m sure some people have one) I explained I was lost and had no clue. She then helped me sort that out by showing many examples and explaining price so that I could then figure it out. She was helpful rather than getting annoyed with me or pushing me on what she wanted. She let me decide but helped in the sense of design. I loved my invites! We had alot of compliments on them. They also did jar labels for us as well as a seating chart (which again.. amazing). They made the process stress free and I would hands down recommend them to anyone getting married.

The polka dot paper shop is awesome! I found them via instagram and was immediately drawn to the elegant style of their wedding invitations. After contacting them, Jenna face timed with me so that we could have a face to face conversations about what I wanted given that they are based in Canada and I am from the states. She immediately sent me the perfect swatches of the colors I described and was quick to help with all formal etiquettes that I was unsure of. Jenna was extremely sweet, helpful, and just overall a very pleasant person to work with. She worked with me every step of the way and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. When I received my invitations, they were beyond all of my expectations! I am so happy! I just sent them out yesterday and can’t wait for people to start receiving them!! The polka dot paper shop is awesome and I would highly recommend them to people looking for elegant invitations!
